The examination is intended to test the candidates’ capacity for accurate, verbatim, reproduction of a passage consisting of 800 words dictated at the rate of 80 words per minute.2. As per G.O.Ms. No.235 Finance (HR-1, Plg & Policy) Dept, Dt: 06/12/2016, each wrong answer will be penalized with 1/3rd of the marks prescribed for the question in all objective type papers.
